We always had a debate on #TheTotalPackage about "us" not having a South African sound cuz we tired of hearing another drake, wayne, 2 chainz, and any club joint with an MMG/YMCM/WeTheBest sound. Finally our Total Package prayer was answered when Mzu came thru with a proud moment sound! He came thru hollering in xhosa that's how South African he is, with a dope cultural sound and hip-hop undertones. We just hope he sticks to this expression without having to compromise on that organic sound! Check the interview:
